The Principal
Itay has spent more than two decades inside the food & beverage, hospitality, nightlife and entertainment industries — opening, operating and consulting on venues since 2001.
He has been involved in the creation and management of over twenty hospitality concepts in Israel, and currently serves as a partner and advisor to a hospitality group operating more than fifteen restaurants, bars, beach clubs and nightlife venues.
His work moves across the full lifecycle — concept and location, licensing, build and staffing, service culture and the unglamorous daily mechanics that decide whether a room succeeds. Un Limited Loop is the Hong Kong vehicle through which he extends that experience to operators worldwide.

Format 01
A defined brief with a clear beginning and end — a new opening, a concept refresh, an operational reset. Scope and deliverables are agreed in advance.
Format 02
A continuous advisory relationship for operators who want senior counsel on call — through openings, expansions, and the quieter weeks in between.
New clients are taken on by introduction. Most of our work arrives through operators we have previously served.
